Flossi began during my own renovation. Photos were buried in my camera roll. Measurements and decisions were scattered through Notes. Invoices disappeared, jobs were forgotten, and planning meant piecing the same story together again.

The problem wasn't a lack of tools. It was that none of them understood the home. Flossi starts with the room, so the work and its record stay together.
